My inspiration to own a catering business had rooted from the age of 18 when I first began to cook Indian cuisines with my dad for weddings and parties. I then gained more experience in this field by taking up voluntary work at the Gudwara (Indian temple) where I would cook vegetarian dishes and snacks. My goal had then evolved further whilst working at a small business amongst other chefs.
At this stage I knew cooking had always been my desire. I now have succeeded in opening my own Bombay snack box. In the future I wish for my business to expand as I begin to widen my horizons with new job opportunities working amongst other businesses to supply them with tasty Indian dishes.
